Critical Notice: Data Persistence

Qordforma is a client-side tool. We do not host, backup, or store your generated invoices on our servers. You are solely responsible for downloading your PDF files and backing up your own data. We are not liable for data loss caused by clearing browser cache, device failure, or user error.

By accessing the website at https://qordforma.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

1. Use License

Permission is granted to use the Qordforma invoice generator for personal and commercial business purposes. Under this license, you may:

  • Generate unlimited invoices for your clients.
  • Download and distribute the resulting PDF files.
  • Use the generated documents for tax and accounting purposes.

However, you may not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Qordforma's website;
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the source code;
  • Use the website to generate fraudulent documents for illegal activities.

2. Intellectual Property

The Tool: The design, code, logo, and "Qordforma" brand are the intellectual property of Qordforma Inc.

Your Data: You retain full ownership of the data you enter into the generator and the resulting PDF files. We claim no ownership over the content of your invoices.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on Qordforma's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Qordforma makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Qordforma or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Qordforma's website, even if Qordforma or a Qordforma authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Qordforma's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Qordforma does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Calculations (such as Tax/VAT) are provided as estimates; you are responsible for verifying all financial figures before sending them to clients.
