Qordforma utilizes a Local-First Architecture. When you create an invoice, the data is stored inside your own browser's Local Storage. We do not transmit your client lists, prices, or invoice details to our servers.We physically cannot see your financial data.

At Qordforma ("we," "our," or "us"), we prioritize your privacy and the confidentiality of your business operations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our invoice generation tools.

A. Usage Data (Analytics)

B. Invoice & Client Data (Private)

We do not collect or store the content of your invoices.

The names, addresses, amounts, and bank details you type into the Qordforma generator are processed entirely on your device (Client-Side Processing). This data persists in your browser's localStorageso that you can return to it later, but it is never synced to a centralized database owned by Qordforma.

2. How We Use Your Information

Since we collect minimal data, our usage is limited to:

  • Service Maintenance: Monitoring website uptime and performance.
  • Customer Support: If you email us directly, we use your email address solely to respond to your inquiry.
  • Security: Detecting and preventing fraudulent usage or DDoS attacks on our infrastructure.

3. Data Storage & Security

Architecture Note

Because your invoice data lives on your device, you are responsible for the security of that device. If you clear your browser cache, your saved invoice drafts will be deleted.

We implement standard SSL/TLS encryption for all connections to our website. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

  • To provide the Service on our behalf;
  • To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

Right to Access & Deletion: Since we do not store your personal invoice data on our servers, we do not have data to "export" or "delete" upon request. You maintain full control. To delete your data, simply clear your browser's "Local Storage" or "Cookies" for qordforma.com.
